You accept all of our products and services are Bespoke, ( Made to order )  and must be considered as such. You also accept we are the manufacturers of most of what we make , and you accept that we do not allow publication of individual communication or reproduction of conditions we provide individually. These are considered confidential and are in every case copyright material. 

If goods are not in stock or additions are required on request, and have to made or finished to your requirements of order they become bespoke .  If you do not accept these terms please do not buy any of our products online. Contact us first here and we will try to help but do not buy on line . All payments made online are acceptance of the conditions set out herein and above with procedures we require .

If the goods are in stock ( With some exceptions herein ) we accept cancelation/return within 14 days of the goods being ordered/received. This timescale includes weekends and goods despatched within 3 days.  Subject to the following conditions being met, and the below exceptions not being applicable. We also reserve the right to authenticate all transactions carried out on line, with further confirmation of identity before we despatch / Deliver any goods / or carry out any process .

All goods are shipped by us and are carrier tracked . They must be signed for by the receiver and original purchaser. We do not allow goods that are sold as used to be returned ( Unless Faulty ) . We also do not allow goods to be returned or cancelled, that are offered on a “single basis”. ( Unless Faulty ) This also applies to all renovation work of older classic units . Only goods in stock “generally” do not apply to these conditions, and are covered under the DSA.

If not covered by our warranty or the DSA,  or in the case of goods being used or damaged and returned to us ,  we will deduct a damage fee of 50% . We may also charge a fee of 40% after  payment if goods are  removed from sale after purchase, for any goods that we promote . All of our amps are not subject to the distance selling conditions by virtue of their bespoke nature, and our losses may be deducted from any refund offered. You accept these terms by payment and ordering on line. All deposits for new units bespoke and made to order are also non refundable. Please consider these point when buying amps from us.

Once returns or refunds are authorised by us with a RMA form ( Return Material Authorisation ) or a refund form. The details of how to proceed will be provided . You must contact us in the first instance in all cases of any claim for anything here . We will then instruct you what to do, and once process is carried out you will be notified of its status in due course of progress . 

Statutory rights unaffected

All deliveries are between 48 hrs and 30 days . Notification will be given at the time of order
